Welcome to PrintRush ("PrintRush", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Our service

PrintRush is an online platform that connects customers who need documents printed with nearby registered print shops. You upload a document and choose a shop; the shop prints your order and it is delivered to your address, typically within 15–20 minutes depending on distance and availability.

2. Orders & pricing

• The price of each order is shown before you confirm and includes the printing charge (set by the shop), a flat delivery charge of ₹45, and 18% GST.
• You are responsible for entering accurate page counts, delivery address, and location. Incorrect details may affect price or delivery.
• We may revise pricing and delivery charges from time to time; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

3. Your content & responsibilities

• You confirm you have the right to print the documents you upload and that they do not infringe any copyright or law.
• You must not upload content that is illegal, obscene, or violates the rights of others. We may refuse or cancel orders that breach this.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and content of the files you submit.

4. Delivery

Last-mile delivery is carried out through our logistics partner, Borzo. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with distance, traffic, and rider availability.

5. Communications

By placing an order, you agree to receive SMS and email notifications for order confirmation, status updates, and delivery. These are transactional messages required to provide the service.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: you can cancel free before printing; after printing, cancellation requires payment of the print cost; refunds apply only if you do not receive your documents.

7. Privacy

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except the print shop and delivery partner needed to fulfil your order.

8. Limitation of liability

We act as a platform connecting customers and print shops. While we strive for quality and speed, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
